On December 21, 2024, I had the absolute joy of hosting my annual Snezhana Homes Holiday Soirée, and wow—what a night it was! Surrounded by amazing clients, friends, and community partners, we toasted to a year full of milestones and memories. It was an evening filled with warmth, laughter, and a whole lot of holiday cheer.
Here are just a few highlights from this special celebration:
Festive Vibes & Delicious Treats
The room sparkled with twinkling lights, elegant holiday décor, and a stunning Christmas tree. Guests sipped festive cocktails 
and enjoyed a delicious spread of seasonal delights. Oh, and the complimentary Santa hats? A perfect touch of holiday fun!
The Grinch Stole Some Hearts
Adding a little mischievous holiday twist, our very own Grinch crashed the party—and honestly, we didn’t mind one bit! Guests of all ages lined up for photos and plenty of laughs with this green, grouchy guest of honor.
Heartwarming Moments with Past Clients
One of my favorite parts of the night was sharing a special video featuring the wonderful families I had the privilege of helping this year. Every home has a story, and it was so meaningful to reflect on the journeys of clients who trusted me with theirs.
Live Music & Caroling
The atmosphere was pure magic, thanks to live Ukrainian and American holiday carols and performances that had everyone humming along. Nothing brings people together quite like classic Christmas tunes!
Raffle Fun & Fabulous Prizes
The raffle draws kept everyone on the edge of their seats. Guests walked away with some truly fantastic prizes and plenty of happy smiles.
Dancing the Night Away
As the night wore on, the dance floor heated up! From timeless carols to festive hits, the energy was contagious. It was a blast seeing everyone let loose and enjoy the holiday spirit together.
